C.I.G. Extension Courses in October 1998

During JOYA' 97 the following two courses will be offered. More information (also in Spanish) will become available soon.

Gem Identification Workshop

T.B.A.
Cost: US$ 595 (no GST) includes all course materials. Limited class size.
Using gem instruments over 80 stones including newest synthetic materials will be tested.

Diamond Grading Workshop

T.B.A.
Cost: US$ 595 includes text-books. Limited class size. This intensive four-day workshop (courses #130 and #210 combined) teaches the student how to judge and grade clarity, colour and quality of cut according to both the internationally recognized GIA and European (CIBJO) grading systems. Highly recommended for sales-people, managers and jewellery appraisers.
